Green mash and chicken
500 gr. potatoes
500 gr. broccoli
150 gr. spinach (frozen, chopped)
180 gr. pesto
Boil the potato (peeled and chopped), broccoli (chopped) and onions (finely chopped) in salted water. While boiling, dry the forzen spinach on a frying pan (just remove as much water as possible without burning or actually frying the stuff). When the potatoes with friends are soft, pour the water out and let it cool a bit (get rid of a bit of steam). Then add the spinach and pesto to the potato, broccoli and onion. Mash it up. Mash it up good. No cream is needed.
The chicken is just big chunks of fried and seasoned chicken, onion and bolete enjoying a hot cream bath.
